Oswaldo “Ozzie” Sanchez was born and raised in the High Sierra, where he developed a deep-rooted understanding of the region’s people and properties. His professional background spans the world of fine dining, where he served as a maître d’, sommelier, and consultant for some of the area’s most prestigious restaurants. Bilingual and solutions-focused, Ozzie is known for his calm presence, big-picture thinking, and ability to guide clients through any challenge with clarity and confidence. “Exceptional service starts and ends with the solution. My job is to find it—and deliver it.”

Viera Jevic relocated from Slovakia to the United States at 18, bringing with her a strong work ethic, global insight, and deep appreciation for the experience of finding home. With a background in business management and accounting, and two decades of customer service experience in New York, she approaches real estate with both strategy and heart. Viera specializes in marketing, staging, and client care—helping sellers stand out in a competitive market and buyers feel confident in their decisions. “Having moved countries myself, I know how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported in the process.”
